The below range summary is listed approximately lightest to darkest. All of the below kits make 40 UK pints, which is 22.7 litres or 6 US gallons. Sherwood Ale Finest Beer Kits include 3.6kg of hop-flavoured 100% boiled malt extract, John Bull Premium Ale Yeast and a sachet of specially selected hop pellets for each variety. Sherwood Ale Finest Premium Orchard Cider includes 3.5kg of cider base, John Bull Premium Cider Yeast and a Nutrient sachet. Sherwood Ale Finest brewing instructions are supplied in the box.

PREMIUM ORCHARD CIDER 3.5KG

The refreshing, fuller-flavoured, sparkling, medium dry traditional cider. The best-ever cider kit. Try with Thai or Chinese food. Best served chilled. Makes 40 UK pints. No sugar required for brewing;

PREMIUM FOREST BITTER 3.6kg

Specially created to produce the perfect English pub-style bitter. A smooth malty, well-hopped deep bronze coloured bitter. Great with red meats and Cheddar Cheese. Serve at 13°C (55°F).  Makes 40 UK pints. No sugar required for brewing. EBC 30° +/-5 EBU 40° +/-5

PREMIUM WOODLAND ALE 3.6kg

Recapture the classic Old English Ale. This dark bitter, with its well-hopped bitterness and hop aroma combine to give this brew a distinctive, full-bodied and round flavour.
